At Hobart Mint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, certificates of authenticity, and protective materials are included.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
